Terms & Conditions
Last updated: February 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BenchFlow (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service platform for cabinet makers to prepare and send benchtop quote requests to suppliers. The Service is operated by Draptor Pty Ltd (ABN 77 661 058 500) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
BenchFlow provides tools to draw benchtop pieces, generate quote request PDFs, send them to suppliers by email, and manage customer and supplier contacts. The Service prepares quote requests only — we are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any agreement between you and your suppliers or your customers.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and business details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- One account is for one business. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes.
3. Free trial, subscription & billing
- New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to start a trial.
- When the trial ends you may continue to view your existing quotes, but creating or sending new quotes requires a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance in Australian dollars — $49/month or $490/year (prices include GST). We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Account → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep full access until then.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available under Account → Billing history.
- Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partly-used billing periods.
4. Your data & content
- You own the quotes, drawings, customer and supplier records you create. You grant us a licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements, specifications and contact details on quotes you send. Always check the PDF before sending — we are not liable for fabrication or ordering errors arising from information you enter.
- You must have the right to store any personal information (e.g. your customers' names and addresses) you enter into the Service, and you must handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- If your subscription ends, we retain your data for 90 days so you can export it or resubscribe, after which it may be deleted.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send spam or misleading communications;
- attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement;
- upload malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we may improve or change features from time to time. If we discontinue the Service we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
7. Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, design, and quote form layouts. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your subscription is active.
8. Consumer guarantees & liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data (to the extent it results from your failure to keep copies);
- where a guarantee cannot be excluded but liability can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of re-supply.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 4, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. General
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that State have jurisdiction.
- We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
- If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
